Returns & Refunds Policy

We’ve moved away from handmade and personalised products in favour of a premium, branded experience — and we stand behind the quality of every item we send out. Because of this, we only accept returns for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incomplete.


🛠️ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging (branded box, cotton bag, accessories)

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Items returned without the branded packaging or with signs of wear may not qualify for a refund or may be issued a partial refund at our discretion.


📦 How to Start a Return

Email us at tomsinclair.93@live.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos (if the item is faulty or damaged)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Returns must not be sent without prior approval — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

🔍 Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or something’s missing, contact us immediately.
We’ll evaluate the situation and make it right — whether that’s a replacement, refund, or sending out the missing part.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and use-case reasons, we do not accept returns for items that have been used or are missing key packaging elements.
We also do not accept returns on gift cards or final clearance items.


🔁 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your item is being shipped to the European Union, you are legally entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.


💸 Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
